Myriam seeded 3rd, 6 sec back from Rachel, she had a crash that make her loose around 15 sec.
For finals on sunday, it was the perfect weather for her, heavily raining, making the track really muddy and even harder.
She took the start, then we stop breathing, 5 sec ahead at the first split... 10 sec at the second split, at that time we all believed that she was going to do it, but she didn’t came out of the last wood in time. She had a crash and stayed stuck in the nets. She ends up at the worst place, 4th.
She despite of it shown to everybody how a girl can ride on that steep and muddy track.

What a week end ! After qualifying 2nd, Pompon claims her first world cup win on the most dusty and tricky trail of the circuit.
Gaetan qualifyed again, but didn’t manage to stay focus during his final run (he learned just before his start that Pompon had won), he wished have done as good as her ! He crashed in the middle of his run.
Not the best weekend for the team. Thibaut didn’t took the quali start, the pain in his left arm further to his arm pump surgery was too strong after saturday practice run. Pompon qualified 4th, but totally missed her final run, ends up 6th. Gaetan took another qualify with a solid run, but had a massive crash in final, 79th place. Next race for the team in Oz for the french cup. Thanks everyone for the awesome support this weekend !
Good job this week end for Pompon and Gaetan who both got a podium at the Nissan Euro Cup in Oz. 1st place for Pomp and 5th place for Gaet while Thibaut (out for few days due to a compartment syndrome surgery) was commenting the race on Freecaster !
